If the agreed launch is not ready after the planned sessions, our team continues helping at no extra implementation charge. We agree on what “ready” means before we start.

Before you make the move
How is Growth different from standard onboarding?
Standard onboarding is temporarily included for every account. Growth adds a dedicated launch team, agreed migration, setup, training, and follow-ups 30, 60, and 90 days after launch. Accepted Growth customers pay no additional implementation fee.
What do I pay?
Accepted Growth customers pay no additional fee for the Growth launch service. You still pay your normal Resvo subscription. Custom work, external costs, and taxes follow your quote.
Can you move us from our current system?
We review your system and available exports, agree on the records to move, and check the imported data with you. We confirm limitations before starting. This does not promise a connector to every system or every historical record.
Is the two-week launch guaranteed?
Two weeks is the target once the agreed data, access, decisions, and team are ready. Our promise is to keep working with you at no extra implementation charge until the agreed launch is ready. It is not a guaranteed deadline or business result.
What if we need more than five sessions?
Five working sessions are the usual plan. If the agreed launch still needs work, we continue helping at no extra implementation charge. New work outside that scope is agreed separately.
What happens after I request a place?
Our team reviews your needs, confirms fit and availability within the 10 monthly places, and agrees on a start date. Submitting the form does not confirm a place by itself.
What about AI or a more complex rollout?
We agree on any additional launch work with you. Software and AI access, usage allowances, custom integrations, and extra rollout phases follow your signed quote.
