Which billing terms are available for each plan?

Starter is month-to-month. Advanced and Pro are available monthly or yearly. Enterprise is yearly or contracted. Product self-service checkout is month-to-month; yearly and contracted terms are arranged through Sales.

How are overage vehicles charged?

Each plan includes a base vehicle range. Once you exceed that range, the corresponding overage tier is applied per additional vehicle. Starter has a hard maximum of 3 vehicles and does not support overage.

How is AI Execution Layer availability handled by plan?

Every plan includes Resvo AI Core, AI Co-Pilot, and Resvo-managed AI. Starter includes 100 Resvo AI Credits per month, Advanced 500, Pro 1,500, and Enterprise 5,000+; paid vehicles above the included plan capacity add 20 credits each. AI Sales Agent and AI Rental Concierge remain separately entitled and include their own allowances.

What happens when the included Resvo AI Credits run out?

Resvo shows the organization balance and low-balance warnings before credits are exhausted. Included credits refresh to the plan allowance each month; unused included credits do not roll over. Billing administrators can add separate 1,000-credit refills that remain valid for 12 months.

Can we use our own AI provider key or choose the model?

Resvo selects the model for managed AI and does not expose per-workflow model selection. Enterprise can optionally connect an approved customer-managed provider key at the workspace level; provider usage is billed directly and consumes zero Resvo AI Credits.

Are taxes and local fees included in listed prices?

No. Listed prices are base platform prices and exclude taxes, local fees, and optional Resvo Modules unless stated.
